The alphabet is one of my favorites on that dvd, along with the grandmother, however "the cowboy and the frenchman" was a little different for Lynch.

Yeah, its on "The Short Films of David Lynch" dvd, released just a few years ago. The dvd also includes The Grandmother(really good,too), and four others( 6 in total).It is availible on Netflix.
