Region 1 DVD now available

So, is this a not terrible DVD? There's been a disk available in the US for some years, but its unwatchably atrocious. A bad transfer off an all-but-broken VHS tape, missing the first few minutes even.
Not only will I get this if its not terrible, but try to tell Netflix to replace their awful copy.
Lions Gate released this on DVD, superior quality! $15 at FYE. Now if they could get there hands on Red Sun and Someone Behind the Door, then we would be set!
