oops i lost my head again

Does anyone know what the name of the doll was that said 'oops i lost my head again' on Rowan and Martin's Laugh-in, I think the character was played by Goldie Horn. The dolls head would come off and then would say the above. If anybody out there could tell me the name, or where i could get one, i would be extremely grateful.
