Would Laugh-In Be Possible Today?

Nothing funny about Iraq, Isis, Syria, etc.

Everything is too p.c. today.

Many feelings would be hurt.

And so on!!!

In this extreme-leftist PC-crazed era, there would be no hope for any type of Laugh-In renewal. Until people stop thinking in such ultra-sensitive ways, and regain their sense of humor, forget about a show that lovingly pokes fun at everyone and everything.

No way

I think Saturday Night Live is a descendant of Laugh In. So even though the exact format of Laugh In doesn't exist, I think some of the spirit lives on in SNL.

Some of the most dated parts are the dancing and the cocktail party bits. It's like a snapshot frozen in time.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.

There is a kinship between "Laugh-In" and SNL, but for the past few years SNL has only made fun of conservatives and white people. They don't poke fun at everyone and everything any more. They can't.
