Thursday recap (05/23/13)

-Dani daydreams that she is making out with Matthew as he lifts weights shirtless. Jeffrey is vague about his job. Dani reads Matthew's conversation with Michelle on his laptop while he is in the shower. Later she asks him to go running, which is something he discussed with Michelle.

-Nora and Bo watch Drew and decide that if Matthew gets back together with Destiny, he will start being a father to Drew.

-Todd is intercepted by Blair when he comes over to her house to talk to Jack. Blair listens on the stairs as Jack yells at Todd about Victor being gone. After Blair comes in the roo, Jack breaks a glass and tells Todd to leave.

-Viki and Destiny talk about Matthew. Viki thanks Clint for the bridge loan. Clint talks to Jeffrey about going to an online publication of The Banner. Jeffrey tells Viki about the paper going digital. Clint comes in and Viki yells at him for going to Jeffrey about the paper and she says that she regrets taking his loan.

-At the coffee shop, Cutter talks to Bruce, a coworker, about a big event he is planning at Shelter. Natalie comes in and they postpone their date until Sunday. Viki calls Natalie to invite her to dinner and they discuss Natalie's date. Natalie notices she just got a missed call from John!

Meh. Pretty uneventful episode except for the cliffhanger with John calling Natalie.

Loved Dani's day dream. It was hot. She is hot.

Clint is doing what Asa would do. He sees his investing his money to mean that he should have a say.

Clint was out of line but again, that is something Asa would have done.

If I were Todd, I would stop wasting my time with Jack. The kid is a punk.

Did like that Blair tried to help Todd with him though.

Natalie is beautiful.

Liked Bo and Nor with Destiny.

It was a good episode.

Definitely agree.

I think the scenes with Jack would be better written if Blair and Todd talked to Jack about their own past. Blair could tell Jack how, growing up, she didn't have a father (or a mother, too, as Addie was institutionalized) and was bounced around from foster home to foster home. Todd could tell Jack that he never knew Victor Lord, Sr. and that his adoptive father, Peter, was abusive to him.
