Old West Town in 2 First Season Eps

There's an Old West town featured in the first season episodes "Fear is the Bucking Horse" and "A Seat by the Window." They appear to be the same town. In "A Seat by the Window" someone says that old Westerns were filmed here. I was curious what old Westerns used that lot. The credits simply say filmed at Paramount.

The town was looking pretty dilapidated by 1969.
