Mister Rogers says "its a beautiful day in this beauty wood" in the opening song and I don't know what it is.

There's no such thing. He made it up.

No, you are not understanding him, it is "Its a neighborly day for a beauty, would; a neighborly day for a beauty, would you be mine etc etc
