Westwood.

I know in later years there was a Southwood and Northwood.

Never mentioned anything about an Eastwood.


Westwood goes way back in the early days of MRN but I wonder where Fred got the idea for naming this neighboring town?



For years I thought the name was made up but there actually is a Westwood in the LA area. Don't know if it's a suburb or a neighborhood within the LA city limits.

Wonder if he had that place in mind?

I know with SW he Betty O.Templeton spoke with a southern accent but don't know if there were any west coast influences in WW, probably not.
