Why doesevryone hate Daniel Striped Tiger?

Everyone I've ever talked to about MRN HATED Daniel Striped Tiger. Was it because he was such a pussy?

Anybody who could hate Daniel Tiger is a thoughtless and heartless person.

reply

I always thought he was cute. Anyone who hates Daniel must hate puppies and kittens as well.

Daniel was supposed to be a child himself. Young and completely innocent. I loved Daniel. I didn't care much for the psycho stuttering pussycat who lived in the tree next to the owl though !!!!

Henrietta was not psycho, LOL! Daniel was cute too.

When I was younger I didn't mind Daniel so much...I HATED Henrettea pussycat,Prince Tuesday, and Anna Platapus more. But lately, whenever MRN would be on, I absolutely hate and can't stand Daniel for his constant whining and always being scarred of things. Yes, he's cute and comes across as being very intelligent (more so than an average child),but yet he completely regresses to a shy and frightened child. One of my other post's ask if he ever attacked anyone in the past. What I mean is did he ever bite or get into a fight with Prince Tuesday or something. Daniel is supposed to be a tiger, but he was emasculated, and taught not to fight, bite or do anything to defend himself, which completely contrasts his own identity and nature.
......and Yes, I DO LOVE PUPPIES and KITTENS!!!

i always thought daniel was cute with his little watch on his wrist...he was the cutest puppet of them all...henrettea was so annoying with all of her meow meow this and meow meow that...same goes for robert troll just say it already...prince tuesday was definately a weirdo and both lady elaine and x the owl were scary looking to me...

The tame, timid tiger was my favorite. Could never meow meow understand Henrietta. Year before he died, Fred got degree and was at my college- everyone (20s) cheered when Daniel spoke

I liked the pussycat. I had cats of my own and liked that she lived in a treehouse. Thought that would be awesome.

How anyone could hate or dislike any of the puppets is beyond me. I saw them on display years ago at the Cultural Center in Chicago, a few years after Fred passed. What memories. I was born in '67.
