Drowning woman episode

I think it was this series, but I can vividly recall an episode (if not the title) where some guy drowns a woman wearing a bikini - you can hear her coughing and spluttering (but all that can be seen is her body "rippling" in the water, and then there is the ending where after finishing the job, the guy is shown as a negative, as if there was something out of this world about him.

Can anybody point me in the right direction, by helping me jog my memory - who played the murderer, the victim in the bikini and the general plot line?

i think that episode was called one on a desert island,which starred brandon de wilde, who was a robinson crewso,type with a sinster twist,suzanne leigh,played a girl friday,who de wilde ,falls in love with,however when another guy arrives on the island, dewilde,kills.
