Monkee Peter Tork jamming in an ep

What a blast to find Tork jamming on a really groovy tune with the band "Raspberry Wristwatch" (in reality, "The Sundowners," a band that used to open for the Monkees) in an ep of Robert Wagner's "It Takes a Thief."

The ep is from the 1st Season of ITAT, ep. 4, Feb. '68, "A Very Warm Reception."

Watch it on Imdb / Hulu here:
http://www.imdb.com/video/hulu/vi3908239385/?ref_=tt_wb_hulu

The band makes its appearance around the 33 min. mark, and around 35:30, they launch into their great tune, "Dear Undecided."

Tork is probably lip-synching, since he sounds British in his scenes !

...and the mystery deepens...

In a group photo of the Sundowners found here:
http://www.nippertown.com/2012/08/01/bobby-dick-the-sundowners-and-bey ond/

....the man looking a lot like Peter Tork is identified as guitarist Ed Placidi.

Might the Monkees have invited the Sundowners to join their tours (in addition to the fact that they played cool music) because they had a guitarist who strongly resembled Peter Tork ? Or is that really Tork with a disguising mustache ?

....the plot thickens !!!

What do y'all think ???

That's clearly not Peter Tork.
