episode help

Saw this episode when I was a kid--been wanting to find it ever since. Anyone know which one it is?

Basically McGarrett has a recording from a murderer or assassin (I think), which was made to taunt the police (I think). He plays it over and over throughout the night (or next several days?) for clues as to the person's identity, until finally he picks up on a distinct, unusual phrase that he recalls being spoken by an officer in his own station.
