Things Steve McGarret Says Or Does ,That Make You Laugh

Since I just surpassed Episode 200 "Let Death Do Us Part"
(and then last night stopped at 207 "Elegy in a Rain Forest") ,I think I know Steve M. pretty well.

While he's serious as a leader of men can get....
someties that 'seriousness' leads to unintentionally funny moments.

When I watched ,"Let Death Do Us Part" ,I had to laugh at
the moment when character Anita Newhall (Zohra Lampert) says to him :

"This is a Ouija (wee-jee) board." & Steve goes : "Really?"

Yes ,Steve..Really! 
Almosr 50 years old & you've never seen one?  Wow!

Another shw (I foget which just now) ,Danno comes up with a possible answer to something and Steve (In agreement) bangs the desk with his fist and says (and I quote) : "That's the muscle Danno!" 

I also crack up at his finger-snapping when he's thinking. 

Lastly ,there's this one moment whne Danno cals central & asks them to get McGarrett 'Immediately'. In way less than a second (and after the edit) Steve's phone rings 'once' and he picks it up.

You guys have any like that?

Teh season 10 ep. i watched last night where Steve goes undercover
in the cheesiest mustache I've sever seen and denim sailor outfit.

I have to admit ,I totally lost it when I saw him in
that mustache & get up. He looked like Stacy Keach on a bad day!

 He sure does.

I've never heard/seen someone screech their tires as much as he does.

Just a s funny is ,some of the 'tire screeches' are
dubbed in ,so sometimes they even make that sound on dirt. 

I recall one show ,we see his car drive up in a far
away camera shot and we hear it like it's close-up. 

I just watched the episode Journey Out Of Limbo, where McGarret was in a meeting with the governor and he got the call that Danny was hurt and on his way to the hospital. McGarret beat the ambulance to the hospital! 

That 'older' gentleman & 70s suit he wore undercover to the illegal casino! 

That and how easily he fell for such an
obvious set up! How was he 'not' feeling stupid & humiliated?!

Now this may not be an appropriate thing to laugh at but
....when he gets 'REALLY ANGRY' at a criminal and it leads to hm kicking their ***.

It's totally inappropriate in this day and age to even think of doing something like hittinga 'perp'/'suspect' but back then ,crime was seriously spinning out of control and a lot of those laws about "police brutality" were new.

Still ,it's a weird kind of emotional release ,
to see him defeat the bad gys (even with using his fists.
