Dad's Army Series 1 Episode 2 Museum Piece 1968

Hi folks,

Can anyone help me please? I'm looking for the name of the background music in this episode that starts as soon as the opening theme ends. It's actually in other episodes in Series 1. It's used as a background to a news reel type scene.

If anyone can tell me what this music is I'd be very grateful. Google has failed me on this one.
