Name of cartoon?

What was the name of the cartoon that had a character that said "Size of an elephant" or mouse, cat, etc? They would then turn into that particular animal. I always wanted that power as a kid!

I think the character's name was Bez. I found out recently he was voiced by character actor Henry Corden.
