Reader Blind: A number of decades ago there was an ensemble comedy film ("Who's Minding the Mint?"). Some of the deceased actors who starred in it were this pioneer of early TV who allegedly had an X Rated claim to fame (Milton Berle), this actor (Jim Hutton) who fathered an even more famous actor (Timothy Hutton) and whose biggest role was as a TV detective ("Ellery Queen"), this comedic actor (Bob Denver) who at the time was in a popular ensemble TV show wherein he played the title character ("Gilligan‘s Island"), and this multiple Oscar winner (Walter Brennan) more associated with a different genre (westerns). After shooting was done for the day, the actors would party and these parties would often turn into orgies. At one of these orgies, a prostitute died. It was an accident as she was very drunk and fell down a flight of stairs. However, there happened to be several Hollywood luminaries visiting the set that day and partying with the actors so to stop any scandal the body was dumped far away from where it happened. The woman had a police record so there was no further investigation. The early TV pioneer (Milton Berle) made veiled comments to a biographer referring to this event in his lifetime. ("Who's Minding the Mint?") (CAST) ("The legend of Milton Berle’s supposedly giant dick") (No Wonder You Remind Me of Me: Jim Hutton & Timothy Hutton) (Sherwood Schwartz thought Bob Denver was way too cool to convince us he was Gilligan) (Was Walter Brennan the most EVIL man in Hollywood?)
