Don't Breathe?

Exactly what I was thinking. The film Hush stole a fair bit from this, too.

They are pretty similar with the blind person swapping roles from victim to villain. Wait Until Dark is leagues ahead of Don't Breathe.

I wouldn't call it a rip-off. I read an interview with the director where he claimed he had never even heard of this movie until his grandmother (or was it his mother?) noticed the similarities when he told her the premise of Don't Breathe. Other than the three home invaders squaring off against a blind person (and a sequence in which the blind person cuts out the lights to level the playing field), they aren't that alike at all.
