Sorry, not NTSC: Released by Optimum Home Entertainment 16 Feb 2009 PAL Region 2, as 'The Thief of Paris'.

Strangely Amazon UK list this but only as 'waiting to be notified of release' as of today 5th April. There are plenty of other UK suppliers who list it as in stock or usually dispatched within 4 working days.

PowerPlay Direct gives some detail: 116 minutes, 16:9.
