Runtime?

So the original, full version of the film is 140 minutes, right? And the American cut is 123. Netflix, naturally, has a version running 120 minutes. I'm getting pretty tired of their practice of carrying the short (read: censored) versions of movies, i.e. The Bird With the Crystal Plumage, The Harrad Experiment, etc. Where can someone find the FULL version of this movie?
