Creepy, sad documentary. I was wondering...about the nurse with glasses.

Great documentary.
I was wondering. In the scene where vladimir explains to no hope his situation to the doctors... I wonder for the longest of times. Does anyone know the real name of the Mira-Sorvino-look-a-like nurse, the one with glasses, who chain smokes and seems compassionated for the guy's plight?
Any info about her name and what happened to her after the film would be appreciated. If she was in her 30s during filming, that would make her in her 80s today.
