I can imagine being a young child in 1967. The whole world is talking about astronauts and the upcoming Moonshot. A film comes out called Rocket to the Moon!! OH BOY!!

Kids must have begged their parents to see it! And then, these poor kids sat there, waiting for the LAUNCH!! Waiting to see Men On The Moon!!

And after two hours of squirming in their seats, the time comes! The Travellers board the Rocket!! This is it! WE're gonna see the Moon!! At last!!

And then, a minute later, the closing credits!!!

I wont mention the ending , as if the movie hadn't lost it's way enough already.

I dunno it was alright really but well the title only mentions the rocket and its intended destination so maybe we all had high expectations of a pre USA moon Landing

I was nearly three quarters through the movie and they kept on talking about Wales so I popped on Imdb to check out the locations as I am Welsh and could not locate them.
Thing is when you reach a certain age you have almost seen every movie going so was nice to see one that I'd either forgotten (most likely) or never seen before.. and I love that period of film making. cheers
