DVD Boxed set of Tammy movies just like Gidget

I would love to buy a boxed set of Tammy DVD's much like the Gidget DVD set that came out.

I think this set should include:
Tammy & the Bachelor - with Debbie Reynolds & Leslie Nielsen (1957)
Tammy Tell Me True - with Sandra Dee & John Gavin (1961)
Tammy & the Doctor - with Sandra Dee & Peter Fonda (1963)
Tammy & the Millionaire - with Debbie Watson (1967)
Perhaps they could include some interesting info on the films as well...
Maybe some memories with Debbie Reynolds & Leslie Nielsen before it's too late.
They are both great people!

I know many women & teens would buy it. These films were a part of so many young girl's lives & these need to be saved for posterity. I'd love to watch them with my mother & my granddaughters & miss being able to see them whenever I want to.
I caught "Tammy & the Millionaire" on TV many moons ago & I had forgotten how great that movie was too, but I can't remember the leading man's name or character.
My most favorite "Tammy" movies are "Tammy & the Bachelor" & "Tammy Tell Me True". I adore John Gavin as a leading man & think "Tammy Tell Me True" was highly underated; it is such a sweet & poignant love story.
I also loved Sandra Dee & John Gavin in "Romanoff & Juliet"...would also buy that movie on DVD. Peter Ustinov was also wonderful in it as The General of Concordia. Haven't seen it since I was young but loved it & would buy it in DVD format in a heart beat!

I agree with you 100%...........I have searched so hard for the movies on DVD and found none. And I have only found two of the movies on VHS. If you know any place that sells them please let me know.

I had a roommate that got.. I think 3 of the 4 of the Tammy's on DVD from ebay. I would suggest y'all look there. While I would, without a doubt, love to by an authenticated version.. I think this is the best bet yet. Although the quality of her DVD wasn't best, it was the closest attempt I've seen of a collection to date. Best of luck!

just to let you know they showed all four tammy movies today on AMC. before today, i had never even heard of any of these tammy movies, but as i was changing the channel when i woke up today i left AMC and it was Tammy and the doctor. then they showed tammy, tell me true and then tammy and the millionaire and then they showed tammy and the bachelor. so i saw all the tammy movies today! they were great i loved them. they would make such an excellent dvd collection. tammy, although a bit "dated," is an excellent role model for young girls.

Just so you know, I JUST found out that they will be releasing a DVD of the first 3 Tammy movies on February 8th, 2008.

The DVD will include Tammy And The Bachelor, Tammy Tell Me True, & Tammy And The Doctor.

The collection will NOT include Tammy And The Millionaire.
(Too bad, I was hoping to have all 4, but I'm really excited to have the rest of them.)

You can order the entire TV series (Debbie Watson) with English O-tone and German dubbing at amazon.de (same order of steps as in amazon.com).
