So, I have the Shooting/Gun of Diablo double pack. The quality is pretty crappy.

I was thinking about just biting the bullet and paying like 40 bucks for the 2001 out of print VCI Entertainment release...

Is the quality good?? Does anyone know if it's worth it?

It is much better than the double pack version of it. Whether it's worth 40 bux to buy a movie you already own again, is entirely up to you and how much you value owning a better copy.
