I Remember Seeing the Trailer For This Movie As a Kid

Seeing this trailer at the drive-in scared the hell out of me as a kid.

The initial quickly transmitted images of the monster had me wondering what I had just seen. In addition, the provocative-looking women, scenes depicting violence and the edgy grittiness that some carnivals have, all combined to give this film a look that was more geared for adults and older teenagers.
