Not that sexy.

I didn't find the main starlett that sexy. I kind of wanted her to be but it wasn't there. When I heard her talking then she became even less attractive.

I wonder where the bit of "trivia" about Claire Brennen and Felix Silla came from. As far as I can tell, this is the only place on the Web where a romance between these two is documented.

reply

I disagree. I thought she was extremely sexy, especially the accent. I really thought her accent was perfect the way her background was described.

Not necessarily about "sexy," but Ms. Brennen appears to be a lovely woman. I thought her vulnerability added to her appeal.
She seems to be a beginning actor gamely trying in a low-budget ($65K!!!) pic that I'd never heard of until TCM showed it 10/07/11. She reminded me of someone, and when I realized that someone was Joni Mitchell, I burst out laughing, because one reviewer described her as "an average-to-homely woman." Is that some understated comedy in the form of a crappy review of a low-budget movie? I understand the *eye of the beholder* factor, but I think that statement about her being "average-to-homely" may be an example of inter-species prejudice.

I think she's hot (Watching it right now, DVR'd it). Especially in the beginning, where she is standing in front of the screen door, and you can see through her dress.

reply

Yes, the screen door scene was great. Her hips were sexy, but I liked Moon better.

I disagree. Claire Brennan was awful damn hot!

I'm a totally bitchin' bio writer from Mars!

reply

I agree with the people who say she was hot. She looked awesome in this movie, I wish she was in more films.

reply

The stripper (Lynn Courtney) was far more sexy than Claire Brennen.
