I was too young to see this film at the cinema (though I do remember seeing the trailer) and would very much like to see it. To the best of my knowledge it`s never been shown on UK television. Does anyone know how I can obtain a copy on VHS or DVD? Whatever anyone else thinks of it, I hate the thought of films being "lost" and believe that every film should be accessible to those who want it.

I have heard mixed reviews about this film.Was it ever banned in this country? Or is it that the film was so bad that it never made an impact on the box-office?

I think I saw this a couple of times
there is a rape scence which seemed lurid at the time but now is two-a-penny about the same cert as straw dogs
