Is this available to watch anywhere?
I know it's not out on DVD or anything but is it available to download, stream... Anything?
Why do they all look like unhappy rabbits?

The only version I've seen was on an episode of MST3K. It went by the name Operation Double 007 which so far is not on DVD as far as I know, but it is available in other realms, if you get my meaning.
shareI just found it on YouTube, apparently uploaded last month.
I'd catch it while you can, movies have a way of disappearing on there

There is another version uploaded on YouTube, in glorious 480p (as opposed to the other one at 360p) but with the opening titles missing:

The one you mentioned is called, "THE NEW SPY AGAINST DIVIDED EVIL"

I am watching it as I type this on a network called "The Works". It's broadcast over the airways here in Harrisburg, PA. There have only been 2 films worth watching on this channel (almost everything they show are horribly done 60's movies that they must have paid $20 a piece for).
Some people think too hard about a film while others don't think hard enough. Think about it!
I just watched it on YouTube a couple of days ago under the "OK Connery" title.

I'm watching it right now on a movie channel called The Works. The Works is available in the Comcast lineup of channels, at least in the Philadelphia area. Operation Kid Brother is playing on The Works several times in December.
shareI don't have an answer, Calvin, but I'm jazzed that you are here on IMDb! We (my family) just watched your hilarious review of OKB. Well done! Attacked by colored lights!
