How much is fact and fiction?

With so little information available on this film, I was curious how much of the film viewers speculate to be factual and how much is a blurry fiction? This is possibly one of the most complex "documentaries" I've had the pleasure of viewing and I'm very interested what others believe to be fact or fiction behind this film.
