S+M Content?

I was interested in seeing this movie based upon the description of surrealism, dancing midgets and weird S&M scenes. However, I'd be interested to know if the nature of the S&M is female dominant, male dominant or what. I appreciate a good showing of male submissiveness towards a female, but seeing women treated as slaves does nothing for me and I even find it annoying. Hypocritical, perhaps. Just how I'm wired.

I was wondering the same thing about this pic, but I see there's no answer yet. I agree.. male dom is a major turn me off (unless it's Rocco Siffredi).. even the completely annoying horror movies where the chicks always fall down while running away from the powerful male stereo-type.. are totally lame..

It's definitely female-dom, with the main character dressed in black leather and performing with a whip and dagger on her victims during the stage shows and when the stage shows become reality when she falls under the control of the demon.

Fem dom for sure. Both male & female submissives. Very tasty, very '60s. Janine Reynaud is perfect as the dominatrix.

It is extremely '60s and probably was considered cutting-edge in 1968, but it feels very antiseptic today.

Female dom stuff with men and women alike as submissives. Ravishing redhead Janine Reynaud is smoking hot as the dominatrix.
