This is a movie which is terrible in just about every way - bad acting, bad direction, bad script, bad special effects, bad pacing, bad sets, bad costumes... however, the basic premise of it is pretty good. A well cast, well directed and well crafted remake with a decent budget could actually work...

isn't this a remake of "The Time Travelers"? From the year before? although i'm only 23 I think i've seen both, complete with creatures that look like crash test dummies. you seem to know quite a bit, so I thought I'd ask. Cindy Dare [email protected]

shareYes, it IS a remake of the The Time Travellers, by the same director and writers, Ib Melchior and David L. Hewitt. Instead of just reusing old props they reused about 70% of the plotline and almost none of the nifty stage tricks utilized in The Time Travellers that made it somewhat interesting to watch.
Fortunately, there is no moog-organ solo in this movie!!!
Re "bad acting", I don't think it's possible to have good acting if the script, sound and direction are bad.
