Definitely so.
I remember watching this dud on TV about 30 years ago, and for some reason the only thing I recalled from it was Gigi Perrault's hilarious helmet head hairdo! Watching the same movie again some 30 years later, I can see now why that was the only thing I remembered.
2/10 is very generous!
Not a bad film. Good fun.
The Time Tunnel (1966-67) series did this kind of stuff better.
