When in the movie they call me Mr. Tibbs line is said?

The DVD I watched was slightly broken, so it had some jumps so I missed it. It is a famous quote so I am irritated I did not hear it.

It's in the first big scene that Virgil is brought to the Chief's office at the station. So I guess somewhere in the first 20 min or so.

It was just after they brought Harvey into the station.

Search to 37 minutes and 33 seconds, that's directly before he says it.

I know this is entirely too late, but I hope it helps.

It's on TCM right now and he just said it at 41 minutes in.
