The Diner
Warren Oates did a great job in this film, as did the rest of the cast. When Ralph offers him the marble cake, I am so glad that that Sam declines. I can't imagine eating ANYTHING in that diner! :)

Ralph doesn't seem to have a problem with that…he just replaces the lid without bothering to shake out the fly. Which somehow defies the purpose of the lid.
Mama Caleba's grocery store cum abortion clinic didn't look sanitary, either.
