Rex Harrison dancing?

He had quite the lively step for a man nearly 60 years of age. Cecil looked like he was really enjoying himself, prancing around his Venetian mansion and all. Can't help but be inspired by that level of passion!

I enjoyed the dancing too. At first he was just prancing around but his later moves showed real balletic skill, so much so that I began to doubt it was him. I think it was a double wearing a mask.

I do not think it was a double it most certainly was a double. Look more carefully at your next viewing it was not Mr. Harrison. Among other differences the gentleman performing the true dance steps was more svelte. I do not think he was even wearing a mask as there weren't any closeups and it was purposely shot in shadows. Excellent editing and camera work.

Yes, definitely a double, but one that is a better match for the leading actor than usual. They got the hair just right and facially the two look very similar. This must have been a little difficult as the double needed to do the
ballet moves as well as look the part.

Oh Lord, you gave them eyes but they cannot see...

Having just watched the BluRay, I looked very carefully at this scene and I'm convinced without doubt that they used a double.
