The stagecoach depot scene is one the best parts in the movie. Richard Boone shines in that scene and scared the hell out me. Totally ruthless and to me one the best movie villians of all time.

It turned out Grimes wasn't that good of a shot anyway. Russell was apprehensive and didn't want any trouble with him obviously. But he could have outgunned Grimes right there in the office. I would have killed him right there as soon as he stood over me like he did and started talking tough and threatening. Russell should have plugged Grimes right there. He had plenty of witnesses to back him up there too. Bullies like Grimes deserve whatever they get.
