WTF ???

I watched this on the horror channel and it started out okay-ish then it just turned into 30 mins of country singing at a festival ???

Well, it was what it was. The title and the presence of Ferlin Husky as the star should have left you with few illusions about what you would see.
I actually just saw it and rated it a "5" on this site. Carradine, Rathbone, Chaney, and Burrows were like old friends, but the best part of the whole mishmosh for me was Joi Lansing. Wow, she looked gorgeous. Closer to forty than thirty, true, but even after the dewy glow of youth has faded, more mature women can exude beuaty, and Joi certainly does in this flick. Shame she was fated to die so young.

In short, HIAHH wasn't a "keeper" for me, but I didn't feel as if I'd wasted a little slice of my night watching it. I, uh, fast-forwarded through most of the "musical interludes." Steve.

Joi always looked hot and even in this clunker she still is great looking. Decent actress too.

Got a kick out of all the old horror guys. They honestly looked like they were having fun in their scenes together and were in it for the laughs. Even Lon Chaney looked good.

Otherwise the film was only for Huskey or Hee Haw fans.

I suspect you've been watching it on TCM too. What a MOTHER of a film.

This is the typical Drive in Triple Feature type movie I remember from my youth. It's so bad it's watchable. ;-)

Wow, an answer to one of my posts after almost ten years! I think that's a record for me. To be honest, I don't even remember posting the clip to which you're replying.😃 Steve V.

The movie aired on TCM the yesterday. Wow. I thought I had seen it all in the low budgets films. Still the music was pretty good. Joi Lansing (I know from The Beverly Hillbillies) looked beautiful. Shame she would be dead 5 yrs later from cancer.
