Hmm, I have a thought on this...

I notice this is a very low ranked episode of MST3K, And there's some grumbling that Rhino has it released on DVD, I think I might know why it's out. Assuming I have the release dates in the right order, that is. Okay, so this is a clip show, in relevance with the bots sick in the opening, and Joel giving them the vapor that causes flashbacks. I think Tom's flashback is to Season 1, 106, The Crawling Hand, RELEASED ON DVD BY RHINO. Maybe since this has a clip of a Rhino released episode, they needed to release this in accordance with it.

*grabs microphone* DEEP HURTING! DEEP HURTING!

That's ridiculous. This episode was released because it's a GREAT episode. It's hilarious. Seriously.

AM I the only one who loves it?

I personally have this one ranked as one of the top 50 MST3K's that I have seen, granted I've probably only seen 75 episodes so far but its a keeper in my eyes.

One of my favorite lines "Crow: Hey Joel, what are these films trying to teach us about life?
Joel: Well, I guess they're trying to say that we're born, and then we die, and
there's lots of padding in between."

By far, the best lines in this stinker can be attributed to the lame director, Bob Slatzer, who also featured himself, in it. Towards the end, when his able-bodied assistant is slapping Ross Hagen around in the warehouse scene. Slatzer the crime boss, mouths woodenly, " You can't expect us to believe that you just happened by here now, can you??" To which Tom Servo utters, just as woodenly, " Because if you do,we'll have to believe you." Touche.
