What actualy happens in this film. I am so confused, ive seen it about 5 times and i still dont understand, like why the brother joined the gang his brother was after, and well pretty much everything else, anyone have a synopsis or anything about the actual course of events, i am so confused.

Well, I'm pretty sure the guy with the purse on his head is an undercover cop (or something) who infiltrates the gang to avenge his brother.
After that . . . well . . . er . . . um . . . some stuff happens, and credits roll. Can't help you beyond that. (Although there is the guy who gets dumped in the pond, then stands up and explains the entire plot as clearly as anyone could.)
Sounds like an Academy award winner, lol.
shareYou all have to get in the swing of things. A cop gets killed so his brother, a vietnam vet infiltrates the gang (which isn't hard to do since all it takes to get into the gang is to say, " I'm a believer man" and " we're strait, man.")
Problem is that botht he mob and police want to destroy the Hellcats, so throw in corrupt cops and mafioso.

shareAmen, the Hellcats biker hangout could be destroyed by tossing a fragmentation grenade in the door, then dousing the building with gasoline & lighting to finish off any survivors.
A bit of piano wire between the trees would probably take out a few of them when they left the hangout. Hide in the bushes, string up the wire, wait for a few to leave. Pick up the bodies of the decapitated thug bikers, drag away the motorcycles, throw some black dirt or coal dust over the blood stains.
The MAFIA (guys who have no problems with lethally wiping out the competition) would've made short work of The Hellcats if they wanted to wipe them out in an eyeblink.
Why go to all THAT trouble? Just bitch-slap 'em. ("They hit Daddy!")
