What are your favorite moments (not necessarily favorite scenes)?

My favorite, and perhaps the only time I laughed out loud when I first saw it, was when Paul lights up in the dark "hideaway" and sees Erma Johnson right next to him.

In the motel room. The look on Walter Matthau's face when Elaine Devry turns her back to him as she walks to the bed and he gets a good look at her derrière in that black lace lingerie.

I don't remember this movie too well, but I'll always remember the "Deny, deny , deny" bit.

I'm still grinning at that. I just haven't been able to stop laughing at this scene!!!! Such a brilliant part of the movie!

Everytime Robert Morse mentions Ruth (Matthau's wife), Matthau replies"Ruth who??"

I like the way Louise Nye says "I'll bet" to Phil Silvers when he's trying to con him. They were both great in their scenes.

I saw this film only once, and a long time ago, but have never forgotten the moment when Mathau returns home and asks his wife what's for dinner? Her reply simply cannot lead to a row...

I saw this a few days ago (first time ever), and I'm still grinning at the lost bra. Boy was that vignette funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lots of other good ones as well!!!

The fact that Mattheau's character had to actually rent a car to do a dress rehearsal on how to cheat.
