Does anybody know where the soundtrack can be found?

GDM reissued the CD and it's only a matter of time before it comes here. In the meantime, one can listen to samples on www.moviegrooves.com

I saw this when it came out in '69 and loved Ortalani's soundtrack. Not your usual western fare.
I hunted high and low for almost a year until I ordered it and got it.
I still have the vinyl to this day.
Riz Ortalani and Nino Rota composed the soundtrack for the classic "Mondo Cane".
I suspect it's out there on CD somewhere.

I know this is quite old now but if you haven't found it already it's on iTunes - both the full Italian soundtrack and a shorter soundtrack which I presume is the english release (the titles aren't in Italian).

The longer one I believe mono and the shorter one has a far better sound and in stereo but the longer one still sounds good so I went with that.
