Not that bad. Why does this get lots of bad reviews?

I like that they did something different with giving an elaborate backstory for how Frankenstein got a dead body to experiment on.

The writing wasn't terrible. I felt sympathetic for how things slowly went from bad to worse when the dandies got Hans to receive the death penalty.

Just saw it yesterday for the first time. Rather enjoyed it. Different approach to the tale. And Susan Denberg was such a beauty. Can't quite put my finger on it but, there was just something to her look.

Rating it a good 6.

I too have been wondering about the reviews. While it wasn't the best in the series, it was far from the worst. I really enjoyed it and gave it a 7 outta 10.

I like it it's just doesn't to seem to love her he just uses her to revenge

I actually consider it one of the best of the series. It's one I look forward to each time I watch the Frankenstein movies and I enjoy it very much.

I like this film a lot too, it's possibly my third favorite after the first two. Cushing is great as always, and Christina/Hans getting revenge on those lowlife scumbags was the best part. That eerie music that plays while she/he is luring them to their unsuspecting deaths gives me chills every time. Very effective!

Denberg (or who ever did the dubbing of her voice) was not the greatest actor. Veronica Carlson would have worked better.
