OK, so I'm not completely crazy, I thought that was him in a couple of scenes.

What's funny is that this movie came out about the time "Jack McCoy" would have been in college. So I guess now we know what Jack looked like as a college student, lol.

I say the same. I thought it was him.
I saw a very young Michael Moriarity in some sort of movie where they invent this addictive dessert.
So now I have seen two Law&Order actors in their youth.
