Not even a 23 y/o RW makes this dog worth watching. If you are snowed in, and this is showing on the only station you get.........go read cereal boxes. The jokes aren't funny, the wit is dated.

The film was shot in 1966, making Raquel 26 during shooting.

I don't understand what's wrong with it.

It's a fun little 60s spy film. Quite typical of the time, not too dissimilar to the James Bond films of that era, though admittedly not quite as good.
