Triple Cross on DVD

The original running time of Triple Cross is 140 minutes according to IMDB.
Here is a rundown of DVD releases. I am posting this info. because most DVD's and probably all of the old VHS releases are cut versions of the movie. At present there is no Region 1 DVD, so a region free player is needed to watch these DVD's in North America.

"Spion zwischen zwei Fronten" German DVD
Region 2 PAL, 134 min., widescreen 166:1, with English audio option, includes the German trailer.
This is definitely the most complete video release.

"Triple Cross" UK DVD Region 2,
120 min., widescreen approx. 1.50:1 although the box states incorrectly 4:3 (1.33:1), includes the UK trailer.

Spanish site Moviesdistribucion lists a Region 0 PAL DVD. It runs 130 min. although the box incorrectly lists a 140 min. running time. This DVD is widescreen, although the box incorrectly states 4:3 fullscreen. There is no trailer. Parts of the audio are poor quality and out of sync. A couple of key scenes were badly cut with abrupt cuts. This is definitiely inferior to the German DVD. I purchased this DVD from Moviesdistribucion and can confirm the correct information.

There are a number of other DVD releases in various countries, with running times around 120 minutes.

It's a shame it's not on DVD yet. The History Channel showed this movie years ago, and I taped it. I believe it was about 2 1/2 hours, maybe a little longer, with commentary at the end.
