Play the Fool....

Reni Santoni did so well in his role here, because he was willing to make a delightful fool of himself, which is one of the hallmarks of a true comedian.

I have never acted onstage, only in real life, but the Marlowe Theater stage scenes made me almost pass out from laughing. This was a problem. Next time I watch this, I'll rent an oxygen bottle.

Ahem, now why in tarnation can't they issue a DVD of this?
Why does this lack of re-issues plague us so?
I have seen crap that I am pretty sure isn't selling, stay in print, and films like Enter Laughing go orphaned.
"Why?", asks Harrison Marlowe as he looks heavenward.
"Why?", asks yours truly as he looks heavenward.
