Is there a better DVD out there?

I watched the Water Bearer Films DVD release of this, and while the film is good, the transfer is horrendous. It looks like it was probably Pan & Scanned from a poor VHS copy. It's one of the poorest excuses for a DVD I've ever seen and a director like Pasolini deserves better than that. Are there any high quality DVD or Blu Ray releases out there?

I saw the Water Bearer VHS which had the original aspect ratio.

Eureka have released it on both blu ray and dvd on their masters of cinema label. It looks fantastic on the blu ray.
