I'm just curious as to the title of the Hank Williams song he plays, I'm trying to find chords for it

i think you mean "Lost Highway". I was curious about the song too and i just found out what song it was.

He also plays a few bars of "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" another Hank Williams song, right after "Lost Highway." I read his autobiography "Chronciles Vol. I" and he is a HUGE Hank Williams Sr. fan, he practically gushes about his love for Hank's vocals and songwriting for like 5-10 pages. I love hank too, and that scene was my favorite in "don't look back."

Yeah, back when he was making JOHN WESLEY HARDING, his best album (an underdog, unfortunately), he used a Hank Williams songbook and, of course, the Bible as inspiration.
