The movie made me cry!

Don't get me wrong, I'm a tough cookie. The only other movies that get tears from me are The Deer Hunter (one particular moment during the Russian Roulette scene and DeNiro does something with his eyebrows), The Royal Tenenbaums (the part at the end where Royal gives Chas Sparkplug and Chas says "It's been a rough year for me dad" and they hug), and finally... Navajo Joe. Weird huh, but the scene at the very end in which Navajo is dying, the score builds and he looks up at his horse has me blubbering like a baby. It's just such a lonely image, and Morricone's music really moves me. Anyone else?

I was really affected by it too. Very powerful film, Corbucci was a great director.

It did the same to me, in fact I was just over at YouTube to see if the ending still had the same impamt, and I started getting watery-eyed again! It's something about the look of that horse, Burt's connection to it, etc., so no, you're not alone! And I'm not a cry baby either for sure.
