Have any of you heard of Monster Wangwami?

It's a different version of Yonggary, with a monster that looks like a cross between King Kong and the monster from Roger Cormans "It Conquered the World". I tried lookng it up, but nothing appeared.

Months ago, I sent a picture to stomptokyo.com of it. I think the guy running the Korean monster page stopped monitoring it though.

Yes, the film "Space Monster Wangmagwi" (or "Big Monster Wangmagwi") was another Korean giant monster movie, filmed in the same year as "Monster Yongary" (1967).

The Korean film archive (KOFA) still holds prints of "Space Monster Wangmagwi". Sadly, the film was not seen since its initial Korean theatrical run, except for a few showings in Seoul.
As far as I know, it was never released on VHS even in Korea and never shown on Korean TV. Nevertheless, the film still EXISTS.

It also has its own IMDb entry under its Korean title ("Ujugoe-in Wangmagwi").

A release of the film would be of highest interest! Maybe it helps to write mails concerning it to the Korean Film Archive (they didn't reply to my email though).
