Which Is Best Quality DVD Version?

I note there are TWO copies of this dvd - one on Ioffer and one on Amazon at http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corrupci%C3%B3n-Corruption-Spanish-Peter-Cushing/dp/B001EVF14Y - and was just wondering if any of you know which is the better quality version to buy. I don't want one where you can tell it has been taped off a VHS tape; I want one with - or very close to - dvd picture quality.

So which one should I venture to buy?

I saw a copy on a site called strangemovies.com, claiming to be the uncut version. But is the picture quality better than the copy on here http://www.ioffer.com/i/corruption-peter-cushing-sue-lloyd-1967-498200740
